Who we are

12TechDesign is a one-person business run by Rens Groenewegen, Kruisstraat 10, 4007 PC Tiel, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 93445083. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@12techdesign.eu.

What data we process

When you fill in the quote form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your company name and phone number, if you fill them in;
• the description of your request and the preferred timeframe;
• the files you attach, such as drawings, 3D models or photos.

If you email or call us, we process the information you share in that message or call.

What we use it for

We use your data to answer your request, to prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to carry out and invoice the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who we share it with

The website and the form run on Netlify. Netlify stores submitted forms and files for us and notifies us by email. Netlify is a US company, so data may be stored outside the European Union. If we have a part made by a production partner, we only share what is needed for that, such as drawings and quantities. [to be added: check whether this is correct.]

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for [to be added: retention period, for example 12 months]. Data that belongs to an order and invoice is kept for seven years, because Dutch law requires this for the accounts.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not set cookies and does not use trackers or visitor statistics. Fonts are loaded from our own website. Our hosting provider may temporarily record technical data, such as your IP address, to keep the website secure and working.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use or ask for a copy. Send an email to info@12techdesign.eu. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If we change this statement, the new version will be published on this page, with the date at the top.
